All Stream Daddy Streaming TV Boxes carry a 1 year limited warranty. We will go the extra step to service units that may be a month or 2 out of warranty depending on the issue at hand. We want you to enjoy our products and stand behind them. Our units are carefully designed and programmed with the upmost integrity and specifications that make our products stand out compared to other media boxes on the market.
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS Priority for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking for each shipment.
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
• Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders That Have Not Shipped
All orders cancelled before the order has shipped will not be subject to any cancellation or restocking fee. If you want to cancel your online order, please contact us at the phone number listed below and leave a message with your order number from your receipt and a contact phone number for us to reach you to process your cancellation.
Orders That Have Shipped
Any orders that have already shipped can be returned for a full product refund minus the non-refundable shipping charges. You should receive a shipment confirmation email once the item has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the products within 14 days from the date of shipment. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned for a full refund. If your item has been used, please refer to the “Open Product Returns” section below. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of return product. Please call our sales support number listed below and leave a contact number for us to call you back to process your return.
Sale Orders / Items on Sale
Sale Items are FINAL and Non-Refundable. Exchanges will be made for any defective units. No Refunds will be given for any item on sale.
Opened Product Returns
Opened products must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment and will be refunded minus a $50 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is less. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Orders Past 14 Days
Items past 14 days can only be returned for store credit minus the applicable $50 or 20% restocking fee and must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of shipment.
Returns will only be available for those items purchased directly from StreamDaddy.TV Any units purchased from another source should contact the seller directly.
For ALL Cancellations and Returns, please email our sales support (email@example.com) and leave your order number, the mac address from the outside of the box and a contact number for us to call you back to process your return and provide you with an RMA number for your shipment.
In the event you recieve a defective product from us, please email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will provide you instructions for how to exchange the product.
